Film dari Out of the Wild (2017) bersinopsis Kisah Henry McBride, seorang koboi yang putus asa dengan masa lalu yang menyakitkan yang tidak dapat ia hilangkan. Hidup dengan dolar terakhirnya tanpa tujuan kemana pun, dia akhirnya bekerja di tempat terakhir yang diinginkan seorang koboi tua: Sebuah peternakan. Di sinilah dia bertemu dengan pemiliknya, Jessie King, seorang peternak yang sangat mencintai kuda. Penemuan jati diri McBride dimulai saat dia mengenalkannya pada cara baru melatih mustang yang bermasalah, seekor kuda yang masa lalu dan temperamennya mencerminkan masa lalunya.
