Film dari One Piece: Clockwork Island Adventure (2001) bersinopsis Bersantai di pantai yang nyaman, Bajak Laut Topi Jerami sedang beristirahat dari pencarian mereka. Sampai Luffy menyadari Going Merry telah dibajak dan berlayar menjauh dari pantai. Hal ini mengarahkan mereka untuk menggeledah kapal dan menemukan pencuri yang mengambilnya dari mereka. Mereka bertemu dengan duo bernama Theif Brothers, yang memberi tahu mereka bahwa kapal mereka dicuri oleh sekelompok bajak laut bernama Trump Kyoudai.
