Film dari The Soul of Bread (2012) bersinopsis Gao-bing bekerja di toko roti di kota kecil. Pemiliknya, Tuan Chiu, sangat menyukai band Rock 'n' Roll-nya, dan murid magang Di tampaknya tidak antusias belajar membuat kue sama sekali.
